COTTAGES: 2 Bedrooms: Sleeps max. 7 people. One Queen-size bed, Bunk Room with 1 Full size and 1 twin size bunk, pull out sofa (sleeps 2), two TV’s with cable access, A/C and heat, Full size kitchen with full size appliances and bathroom with full size shower. Cottage has a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and limited cooking utensils. Includes plates, cups and eating utensils. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS, PILLOWS, TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS.

POSITIVELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN OUR RENTAL COTTAGES.

Security deposit: $250.00 – CREDIT CARD
The deposit covers cottage key, security gate card & damage.

All cottages come with a picnic table, charcoal grill and a fire ring.

Pet Friendly Cottages – Dogs Only: Two of our rental Cottages are pet friendly. Limit of two pets. An additional Pet Fee in the amount of $25.00 per day per pet will be added to the reservation. (See resort guidelines)

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

COTTAGES: Check in: 3:00 p.m. Check out: 11:00 A.M. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available for our cottages. Please contact the resort office at least 30 minutes prior to your departure for the cottage inspection. If you plan on checking in after 4pm, the balance on the reservation must be paid in full before accessing the cottage.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A written notice of cancellation must be received within seven (7) days or more of the reservation date to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Non-forfeited deposits will be credited toward future advance reservation made within one (1) year from the cancellation date. Rates and dates are subject to change without notice.

ACTIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT: We want to thank all those who are serving in our military. We will give all those who present an active duty military ID a 15% discount on your overnight stay. Must be presented at time of check in. Not available for online reservations if you pay the entire balance. Call the office to make your reservations.
