Seasonal

SEASONAL RATE: (4/1/2026 to 11/15/2026):  $5,136 for Interior Sites and $5,292for Water View sites for the 2026 season.  This does not include the $400 Site Deposit.  $50.00 Non-refundable background and credit check fee per person. The $400.00 Deposit is refundable if not approved. Seasonal lot rent can be paid in six (6) equal payments starting January 1 through June 1 using our Rent Dues website.     Visit or call the office for full details.

At this time, all of our seasonal sites are full.  Please click on our “For Sale” tab on the main page to view current RV’s for sale.  With the purchase of the RV, the seasonal site lease is transferrable conditional to park approval.  

You are required to submit a picture for any Seasonal RV or Park Models older than ten (10) years of age for acceptance for a seasonal RV site.  Please contact our resort office for further details.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES for Seasonal Sites: Electric meter must be put in Resident’s name and all electric charge are paid directly to Delaware Electric Coop.  Initial Gate Cards are $20.00 for two. Each site comes with (2) free pool passes at lease signing; additional seasonal passes can be purchased. Both charges are non-refundable.
