Insurance Requirements

All Seasonal sites are subject to insurance requirements which must be completed prior to signing a License Agreement as listed below.

By agreeing as part of this license agreement to maintain $100,000 minimum lot LIABILITY, I /WE also grant Lighthouse Beach RV Resort the permission to verify insurance coverage when needed.  This act on MY/OUR part shall not be considered a violation under general privacy laws and rules.   This simply allows Lighthouse Beach RV Resort to be able to verify with your insurance company that your policy meets or exceeds the minimum insurance requirements.

Lighthouse Beach RV Resort must be listed as an interested party on your policy so that your insurance company notifies Lighthouse Beach RV Resort that your policy is in force and meets or exceeds the minimum required insurance.  Lighthouse Beach RV Resort will also be notified if a policy is cancelled during your time here as a seasonal license holder. 

All certificates of coverage must list the lot # and the “911” address of your site in Lighthouse Beach.  Coverage must be maintained in force during the ENTIRE period covered by this license agreement.  Any lapse in coverage will be considered a violation of these rules and regulations and enforceable by termination of this license agreement.
