Application for Seasonal Site

Please download the Application Package and complete.  Please read the instructions on page 1 carefully.  A copy of the most recent pay stubs for each applicant are required.  If you are self employed, a copy of your most recent taxes will be required.  If you are retired, please contact the office to see what income documentation will be required.

There is an Application Fee of $50.00 per person required before we can run your application.  Your application may be dropped off at the office or emailed to megan@lighthousebeachde.com You may call the office with your credit card payment for fees.  

A criminal background check is required for residence in the resort and performed along with the credit check.  A copy of your valid state drivers license is required.   The application will not be run until pay stubs and licenses are received.
