Site Improvement Form

This form must be completed by anyone making any improvements to their site.  This include putting gravel down, building decks, building sheds, or any other improvement or change to your site.  The forms are available in the office or by contacting Megan at megan@lighthousebeachde.com 

Sketch a layout of your RV on the site and add and describe any improvements you wish make.  Email it to us or drop it off at the office.  It MUST be approved before you can proceed with the improvement.  Email your form to megan@lighthousebeachde.com 

Sheds require a building permit by Sussex County.  Sheds must be manufactured, no stick built (do-it-yourself ) sheds. You must take this signed form with you when you go to get your permit.
