Seasonal Site Transfer Form
Complete the LHB Seasonal Site Transfer Form AFTER potential buyer has been approved for residency and you have sold your RV. This will transfer your Site License Agreement to the new owner(s). Please submit along with a copy of the Bill of Sale. This will be emailed to you once the buyer has been approved for residency.
You MUST submit the Notice of Intent To Sell and submit it to the office BEFORE you sell your RV. Any potential buyers must complete the full application and be approved BEFORE you may complete the sale of your RV.
