Pet Registration

Any new or existing site holders must complete the Pet Registration Form for all pets that may be brought into the community.  A copy of the pet’s vet records must accompany the form.  Submit the form and pet records along with a picture to the office.   Lighthouse Beach will assign a special tag to be attached to your pet’s collar.  This will help us identify your pet if it should decide to wander away on it’s own.
