Application for Seasonal Site

Please download the Application Package and complete.  Please read the instructions on page 1 carefully.  A copy of the most recent pay stubs for each applicant are required.  If you are self employed, a copy of your most recent taxes will be required.  If you are retired, please contact the office to see what income documentation will be required.

There is an Application Fee of $50.00 per person required before we can run your application.  Your application may be dropped off at the office or emailed to info@lighthousebeachde.com.  You may call the office with your credit card payment or we will accept a check.
